Judith B. Flicker Residence

Merlino Design Partnership is proud to announce the Judith B. Flicker Center for Older Adults with Disabilities project is the recipient of the Gold Innovation Award for its excellence in design.

The Flicker Residence, located in Voorhees, New Jersey is operated by Bancroft NeuroHealth. This unique residence features six group homes surrounding a garden courtyard and connected by an inside walkway. Each home offers private bedrooms and bathrooms for every person served and many design features for increased safety and accessibility. The facility also includes a therapeutic pool and an adult day program that provides a rich variety of both site- and community-based activities. Nurse case managers provide close oversight of medications and medical treatments and remain in close contact with physicians.
